Information on the qualification of the offer of the Consortium with the participation of the subsidiary Izostal SA for the supply of pipes and arches to PERN SA

The Management Board of STALPROFIL SA (Company) informs that on 24 June 2020 PERN SA with its registered office in Płock (Ordering Party) announced the qualification of the offer submitted by the Consortium composed of: Izostal SA (subsidiary of STALPROFIL SA, Consortium Member) and Ferrum SA (Consortium Leader) to carry out the task of "Delivering and storing brand new pipes and arches for the needs of the product pipeline of the Boronów-Trzebinia route".
The value of the offer submitted by the Consortium, including obligatory deliveries and storage as well as optional deliveries and storage (for a period of up to 24 months from the date of selected deliveries) is approx. PLN 34.33 million net, which is PLN 42.23 million gross.
According to the submitted offer, deliveries will be made by March 2021. The consortium will provide a 48-month quality guarantee. The task will be secured during the delivery period by a consortium guarantee of 10% of the net value of obligatory deliveries.
The Company will inform about the conclusion of the contract with the Employer for this task in a separate current report.
