Conclusion of contracts for supply of steel from ArcelorMittal Commercial Sections SA
On 10 June 2014 Stalprofil SA (the reciever) has received confirmation of complex commercial contracts from ArcelorMittal Commercial Sections SA, based in Luxembourg (supplier), for delivery in the month of June of steel produced by steel mills belonging to the ArcelorMittal Group, and thus entered into subsequent transactions purchase of steel products with a value of 23 021 thousand PLN.
As a result of the conclusion of the transaction, the total value of contracts concluded by Stalprofil SA Group with entities of ArcelorMittal from 17 April 2014 (from the date of publication of the current report 7/2014) amounted to 44 852 thousand PLN. Group ArcelorMittal is the largest steel producer in the world, as well as in Poland, and is a major supplier of steel products for Stalprofil SA
The highest value transaction contained in the aforementioned period between the parties was transaction of purchase of steel products (orders confirmed by the supplier) signed June 10, 2014 to the value of 23 021 thousand PLN, for the supply of steel products manufactured by ArcelorMittal Ostrava AS, based in Ostrava, ArcelorMittal Esch-Belval, Differdange, Rodange in Luxembourg, ArcelorMittal Bergara Bergara SA, ArcelorMittal Hunedoara and ArcelorMittal Poland SA with its registered office in Dąbrowa Górnicza. These deliveries will be made in June 2014.
Terms of the transaction in question do not provide for liquidated damages and do not differ from those commonly used for this type of trade agreements.
Purchases of steel contained the contractor meet the criterion of a significant agreement because their total value reaches 10% of the equity of the issuer.
