Selection of the offer submitted by entities of STALPROFIL S.A. Capital Group as the most advantageous, for supply of insulated DN1000 steel pipes to O.G.P. Gaz-System S.A.

On 4 January 2018, the Management Board of STALPROFIL S.A. learned about selection by Gaz-System S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (the Employer) of an offer submitted by the subsidiary Izostal S.A., on behalf of a Consortium of companies comprising: Izostal S.A. (Consortium Leader) and STALPROFIL S.A. (Member of the Consortium), as the most advantageous in the proceedings for the award of a public contract for supply of insulated steel pipes for the investment task carried out by O.G.P. Gaz-System S.A. - DN1000 gas pipeline Strachocina - Pogórska Wola, about 40 km long.
The Consortium Leader Izostal S.A. is the part of the Consortium responsible for production and supply of the above-mentioned steel pipes to O.G.P Gaz-System S.A. The value of the offer submitted by the Leader of the Consortium amounts to 75,218 thousand PLN net, which is 92.518 thousand PLN gross. The specification of essential terms of the contract provides for delivery from 1 June 2018 to 31 July 2018.
STALPROFIL S.A. will inform you in a separate current report about a conclusion of the contract with O.G.P. Gaz-System S.A.
