Selection of the bid submitted by the companies of STALPROFIL S.A. Capital Group as the most favorable, for supply of insulated steel pipes DN1000 for the construction of the gas pipeline Tworóg-Tworzeń

On 5 January 2018 the Board of STALPROFIL S.A. was notified about selection by OGP Gaz-System S.A. with its seat in Warsaw (the Purchaser), of the tender submitted by the subsidiary Izostal S.A., on behalf of the consortium of companies comprising: Izostal S.A. (Consortium Leader) and STALPROFIL S.A. (Consortium Member), as the best offer of a public contract for supply of insulated steel pipes for the investment project implemented by OGP Gaz-System SA - pipeline DN1000 Tworóg-Tworzeń - about 55 km long.
The Consortium Leader - Izostal S.A. - is the part of the consortium responsible for production and delivery of the insulated steel pipes to OGP Gaz-System S.A. The value of the offer placed by the Consortium Leader amounts to 93 783 thousand PLN net, which is 115 353 thousand PLN gross. Terms of reference specify the delivery to take place from 1 June 2018 to 28 February 2019.
STALPROFIL S.A. will inform in a separate current report on a conclusion of the contract for the supplies to OGP Gaz-System S.A.
