Appointment of a Member of the Supervisory Board of STALPROFIL S.A.

On 29 September 2017 an Extraordinary General Meeting of "STALPROFIL" S.A. appointed Mr Andrzej Młynarczyk to the Supervisory Board of STALPROFIL S.A. for the joint term of the current Supervisory Board.
Mr Andrzej Młynarczyk (b. 1954) is a graduate of Karol Adamiecki University of Economics in Katowice. He holds a doctorate in economics, which he received in 2009 from the Academy of Economics in Katowice. Mr Andrzej Młynarczyk is a Chartered Accountant with many years of experience as a Member of the Board of a large audit company.
He is or has been a lecturer at universities (Higher School of Banking in Poznań, Higher School of Business in Dąbrowa Górnicza, Silesian Higher School of Commerce in Katowice, University of Economics in Katowice) and a lecturer training for supervisory board members of State Treasury companies, as well as a lecturer in training international Standards of Accounting and audit issues.
Mr Andrzej Młynarczyk from 2011 to the present has been CEO of the Regional Branch of the Association of Accountants in Poland in Katowice, as well as a court expert in the field of accounting and finance of the District Court in Katowice. He was also a member of the Committee for Auditing Standards of the National Chamber of Certified Auditors.
Mr Andrzej Młynarczyk sits at the moment or was a member of supervisory boards of large companies, including the financial sector. It conducts business under the name "Doradztwo finansowe dr Andrzej Młynarczyk".
Mr Andrzej Młynarczyk does not conduct any activity competitive to STALPROFIL S.A., is not a partner in a competitive company as a partner in a civil partnership or as a member of the authority of the rival capital company or member of a governing body of any competitive legal entity.
Mr Andrzej Młynarczyk is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the National Court Register Act.
