Information on the submission of the most favorable offer by the subsidiary Izostal SA for the supply of DN700 insulated steel pipes to OGP Gaz-System SA

The Management Board of STALPROFIL SA informs that on 30 June 2020, after OGP Gaz-System SA opened offers submitted in the public procurement procedure for the supply of insulated steel pipes DN700 with a length of about 37 km for the investment task: Gas pipeline DN700 Poland-Lithuania, southern section, order 1, has received information that the bid by the subsidiary Izostal SA, worth PLN 35.5 million net, turned out to be the most advantageous.
The specification of the essential terms of the contract carried out under the Framework Agreement, of which the Company informed in current report No. 29/2019 of 16 August 2019, provides for the implementation of deliveries from 15 October 2020 to 15 March 2021.
The Company will inform about the receipt of official information about the selection of the Izostal SA offer as the most advantageous in a separate current report.
