Selection of the offer of the subsidiary Izostal SA for the delivery of DN700 insulated steel pipes for OGP Gaz-System SA

With reference to the current report No. 20/2020 of 30 June 2020, the Management Board of STALPROFIL SA informs that on 1 July 2020, it received information about the selection by OGP Gaz-System SA based in Warsaw (the Employer) of the offer submitted by the subsidiary Izostal SA (Contractor) as the most advantageous in the public procurement procedure for the supply of DN700 insulated steel pipes for the investment project Gas pipeline DN700 Poland-Lithuania southern section order 1, about 37 km long.
The value of the offer made by Izostal SA is PLN 35.5 million net. The specification of the essential terms of the contract carried out under the concluded Framework Agreement, of which the Company informed in current report No. 29/2019 of 16 August 2019, provides for the implementation of deliveries from 15 October 2020 to 15 March 2021.
The Company will inform about the conclusion of the contract with OGP Gaz-System SA for the implementation of the deliveries in a separate current report.
