Selection of the offer of the Consortium consisting of: Izostal SA (Consortium Leader), Ferrum SA (Consortium Partner) and Stalprofil SA (Consortium Partner) as the most advantageous in the supply of insulated steel pipes DN700 to OGP Gaz-System SA

The Management Board of STALPROFIL SA (the Company, the Contractor) informs that on July 22, 2021, it learned about the selection by OGP Gaz-System SA with its registered office in Warsaw (Ordering Party) of the offer submitted by the Consortium composed of: Izostal SA (Consortium Leader) ), Ferrum SA (Consortium Partner) and Stalprofil SA (Consortium Partner) as the most advantageous in the public procurement procedure conducted under an open tender for the performance of the task entitled: "Delivery of insulated steel pipes for the Gustorzyn-Wronów and Dolna Odra gas pipeline, order no 2", procedure number: ZP/2021/04/0046/PZ, Part No. 2.
The value of the bid submitted by the Consortium is PLN 54.0m net, which is PLN 66.4m gross.
The specification of essential terms of the contract provides for the delivery of insulated steel pipes with a diameter of DN700 with a total length of approximately 37 km from April 1, 2022 to August 31, 2022.
The Company will inform about the conclusion of the contract with OGP Gaz-System SA for this task in a separate current report.
