Information on court registration of amendments to the Statutes of STALPROFIL SA

The Management Board of STALPROFIL SA (the Company), after receiving on July 27, 2021 the decision of the District Court Katowice Wschód in Katowice, VIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register of July 20, 2021, informs that on July 20, 2021 the court entered changes to the Statute of STALPROFIL SA, resulting from Resolution No. 18 adopted by the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company on May 26, 2021.
The content of the amended and new provisions of the Company's Articles of Association together with the uniform text of the Company's Articles of Association, adopted by Resolution No. 18 of the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company of May 26, 2021, constitute Appendices to this report.
