Notification of the reduction of the share in the total number of votes at the General Meeting of STALPROFIL SA below the 5% threshold by VALUE Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamknięty

The Management Board of STALPROFIL SA (the Company) informs that pursuant to art. 69 sec. 1 point 2) of the Act of 29 July 2005 on public offering and conditions for introducing financial instruments to an organized trading system and on public companies, it received a notification from VALUE Closed-end Investment Fund with a separated Subfund 1 with its registered office in Warsaw ("Fund"), represented by a company under the name AgioFunds Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych spółka akcyjna with its registered office in Warsaw ("Towarzystwo"), in which the Company was informed that as a result of a transaction concluded on the regulated market on July 22, 2021, the Fund sold directly 2,742 shares of STALPROFIL SA, reducing the share in the total number of votes at the General Meeting of the Company below 5% of the total number of votes.
Before the transaction, the Fund held directly 1,675,936 shares of the Company, representing 9.58% of the share capital of the Company and giving the right to 1,675,936 votes at the General Meeting, which constituted 5.00% of the total number of votes.
After the transaction, the Fund holds directly 1,673,194 shares of the Company, representing 9.56% of the share capital of the Company, entitling to 1,673,194 votes at the General Meeting, which constitutes 4.99% of the total number of votes.
