Appointment of the STALPROFIL S.A. Management Board for the next term

On 12 December 2017 the Supervisory Board of STALPROFIL S.A. adopted a resolution on appointment of members of the Management Board for the next, joint five-year term, lasting fiscal years 2018-2022, in the following unchanged composition:
1. Jerzy Bernhard - Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer.
2. Zenon Jędrocha - Vice President, Commercial Director.
3. Henryk Orczykowski - Vice President, Director of Development.
4. Sylwia Potocka-Lewicka - Vice President, Chief Financial Officer.
Resolution of the Supervisory Board shall enter into force on the date of the Annual General Meeting of STALPROFIL S.A. approving financial statements for the fiscal year 2017.
The appointed members of the Board do not conduct competitive activity in relation to the issuer's business, do not participate in a competitive company as partners of a civil partnership or as members of the body of a company and do not participate in other competitive legal person as a member of its body and do not appear in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained under the National Court Register Act.
