Information about opening by OGP Gaz-System S.A. of tenders for pipeline Brzeg-Kiełczów

The Board of STALPROFIL S.A. informs that on 13 December, after opening of the tenders submitted in the procedure for awarding the public contract relating to execution of works for the project "CONSTRUCTION OF PIPELINE DN1000 ZDZIESZOWICE-WROCŁAW, section BRZEG-ZĘBIEC-KIEŁCZÓW" with a length of 49.1 km, was informed that an offer by STALPROFIL S.A. of a net value of 187 268 000 PLN was the best price. The investment should take place within 27 months from the date of the contract.
OGP Gaz-System S.A. with its seat in Warsaw (the Purchaser) will submit an official (written) confirmation of selection of the best offer made in the tender procedure after verification of all formal requirements of the offer, of which the Company shall immediately inform in a separate current report.
