Selection of the offer submitted by entities from the Stalprofil S.A. Capital Group as the most advantageous in the scope of deliveries of DN1000 insulated steel pipes to OGP Gaz-System S.A.

With reference to current report 23/2018 of 26 June 2018, the Management Board of STALPROFIL S.A. announces that on 6 July 2018 it was informed that the OGP Gaz-System S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (the Employer) selected the submitted by the subsidiary company Izostal S.A., on behalf of a consortium of companies comprising: Izostal S.A. and STALPROFIL S.A. (Contractor), as the most advantageous tender for the supply of insulated steel pipes for the investment task carried out by OGP Gaz-System S.A.: DN1000 gas pipeline Pogórska Wola - Tworzeń - order 2 with a length of about 65 km.
As part of the Consortium, the Leader of the Consortium - Izostal S.A. is responsible for the production and supply of the above-mentioned steel pipes to OGP Gaz-System S.A. The value of the offer submitted by the Leader of the Consortium is PLN 116,141,000 net (PLN 142,854,000 gross). The specification of essential terms of the contract provides for delivery from 1 January 2019 to 30 July 2019.
In a separate current report the Company will announce the conclusion of the contract with OGP Gaz-System S.A. for the subject task.
