Conclusion of an investment loan with PKO BP S.A., secured by a mortgage

The Board of Stalprofil SA announces that the Company on 29 October 2014 was informed of signing by PKO BP SA with its registered seat in Warsaw of an investment loan agreement in the amount of 19,000 thousand PLN for financing and refinancing of the project: "Development of warehouse no. 3 in Dąbrowa Górnicza along with the modernization of the existing warehouse storage-logistic infrastructure".
Drawing by the Company of subsequent tranches of the loan will be for the period from October 2014 to September 2016, while the repayment of the loan principal installments will take place in the period from 09.30.2016 to 31.12.2020. The financial terms of the loan do not differ from the market for this type of banking products and are based on WIBOR 1M plus the bank's margin.
The basic security of repayment of the loan is a contractual mortgage to the amount of 22,800 thousand PLN, established for the benefit of the Bank, on the right of perpetual usufruct of land and built property situated on these buildings, located in Dąbrowa Górnicza, Roździeńskiego 11A, for which the District Court in Dąbrowa Górnicza VI Department of Land Registry keeps the Land and Mortgage Register No. KA1D/00018216/1.
The property on which the mortgage of the value at the end of September 2014 was 17,950 thousand PLN, includes the right of perpetual usufruct of the plot No. 89 of the area 49329.00 m2, built of following objects: office building (1937.32 m2), storage buildings with a total area of ​​12,193.72 m2 and storage yards (approx. 16,500.00 m2). On the estate is the seat of the issuer and is located one of the two main commercial warehouses of the Company.
There is no relationship between the issuer and the Bank. The value of the mortgage established on the assets is greater than expressed in the PLN equivalent of EUR 1 million at average exchange rate announced by the National Bank of Poland.
