Agreements for supply of steel from ArcelorMittal Commercial Sections SA

On 3 October 2014, Stalprofil SA received confirmation of complex commercial contracts from ArcelorMittal Commercial Sections SA, based in Luxembourg, for delivery in the month of October of steel produced by steel mills belonging to the ArcelorMittal Group and thus entered into subsequent transactions purchase of steel products with a value of 26 537 thousand PLN.
As a result of the conclusion of the transaction, the total value of contracts concluded by Stalprofil SA with ArcelorMittal Group entities from 10 June 2014 (from the date of publication of the current report 17/2014) amounted to 52 454 thousand PLN. ArcelorMittal Group is the largest steel producer in the world, as well as in Poland, and a major supplier of steel products for Stalprofil SA.
The highest value in the above-mentioned period between the parties is a transaction of purchase of steel products (orders confirmed by supplier) signed on 3 October 2014, the value of 26 537 thousand PLN, and on the supply of steel produced by ArcelorMittal Ostrava AS based in Ostrava, ArcelorMittal Esch-Belval, Differdange, Rodange in Luxembourg, ArcelorMittal Bergara Bergara SA, ArcelorMittal Hunedoara and ArcelorMittal Poland SA with its registered office in Dąbrowa Górnicza. These deliveries will be made for Stalprofil SA in October 2014.
Terms of the transaction in question do not provide for contractual penalties and do not differ from those commonly used for this type of trade agreements.
Purchase transactions of steel products contained with the contractor meet all criteria of a significant agreement because their total value exceeds 10% of the equity of the issuer.
