Recommendation of the Board of Stalprofil SA concerning the amount of the dividend for 2015

Management Board of Stalprofil SA on 08.03.2016 made rosolution to recommend to the Annual General Meeting of the Company proposed distribution of net profits in 2015, including dividend for shareholders of the Company in the amount of 700,000.00 PLN, which gives 0,04 PLN dividend per share.
Management Board will propose to the Annual General Meeting of Stalprofil SA the date to determine the right to the dividend on 05.08.2016 and the dividend payment date of 26.08.2016.
