Dates of publishing financial reports in 2016

Management Board of Stalprofil SA informs about fixed dates of publishing financial reports in 2016:
1) Quarterly reports
- consolidated quarterly report for Q1 2016 - 13.05.2016
- consolidated quarterly report for Q3 2016 - 10.11.2016
2) Half-year reports
- consolidated half-year report for the first half-year of 2016 including shortened half-year financial statement - 30.08.2016
3) Annual reports
- standalone annual report for 2015 - 21.03.2016
- consolidated annual report for 2015 - 21.03.2016
According to § 83 cl. 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance Stalprofil SA will not publish separate quarterly reports but consolidated quarterly reports inluding quarterly financial information.
The Management Board declares that, pursuant to § 102 cl. 1 and § 101 cl. 2 RMF the Company will not publish quarterly report and the consolidated quarterly report for the fourth quarter of 2015 and the second quarter of 2016.
