Selection of the offer submitted by the consortium of the following companies: STALPROFIL S.A. and IZOSTAL S.A. as the most advantageous in the scope of supply of insulated steel pipes for the construction of the DN1000 Poland-Slovakia gas pipeline

On 25 January 2019 the Management Board of STALPROFIL S.A. received information on the selection by OGP Gaz-System S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (the Contracting Party) of the offer submitted by the subsidiary Izostal S.A. on behalf of the Consortium of the following companies: Izostal S.A. (Consortium Leader) and STALPROFIL S.A. (Member of the Consortium), as the most advantageous in the public procurement procedure for the supply of insulated steel pipes for the investment task carried out by OGP Gaz-System S.A. - Gas pipeline DN1000 Poland-Slovakia with a length of 19 km.
As part of the Consortium, the Leader of the Consortium - Izostal S.A. is responsible for the production and supply of the above-mentioned steel pipes to OGP Gaz-System S.A. The value of the offer submitted by the Leader of the Consortium is PLN 33,091 thousand PLN net (PLN 40,702 thousand gross). The specification of essential terms of the contract provides for delivery from 1 June 2019 to 30 September 2019.
The conclusion of contracts with the OGP Gaz-System S.A. for these deliveries of STALPROFIL S.A. will be announced in a separate current report.
