Selection of the offer made by STALPROFIL S.A. Capital Group companies as the most favorable for supply of insulated steel pipes DN1000 to OGP Gaz-System S.A.

On November 25, 2016 the Board of STALPROFIL S.A. was notified about selection by PSG Gaz-System S.A. with its seat in Warsaw (the Purchaser), the bid submitted by Izostal S.A. on behalf of the consortium of companies comprising: Izostal SA (Consortium Leader) and Stalprofil SA (Consortium Member), as the best offer of a public contract for supply of insulated steel pipes for an investment project implemented by OGP Gaz-System S.A. - pipeline DN1000 Zdzieszowice-Wrocław with a length of 60 km.

In the consortium for the production and delivery of the insulated steel pipes to OGP Gaz-System S.A. the Consortium Leader - Izostal SA - is in charge. Value of the offer made by the Leader of the Consortium amounts to 118,880 thousand PLN net, which represents 146,222 thousand PLN gross. The Terms of Reference provides for the implementation of supply in the period from 1 August 2017 to 31 January 2018.

The agreement with OGP Gaz-System S.A. will be submitted in a separate current report.
