Closing advance payment guarantees issued to OGP Gaz-System S.A.

In reference to the current report 37/2015 the Management Board of Stalprofil S.A. informs that on 22 December 2015 it received from PKO BP SA information in connection with the consent of Gaz-System S.A. for reduction (by PLN 21,372,404.59 PLN) of the granted advance payment guarantees, with effect from 10 December 2015 advance payment guarantees granted by the Bank on behalf of Stalprofil have been closed (fully settled).
Total advance payments of guaranteed repayment of advances received by the Consortium Leader - ZRUG Zabrze S.A. from OGP Gaz-System S.A. and used to finance the execution of the contract under the name "Construction of the pipeline DN700 Szczecin-Gdańsk: Phase II Karlino-Koszalin, Phase III Koszalin-Słupsk and Phasee IV Słupsk-Wiczlino", was originally PLN 51.5 million (gross).
