Contracts for supply of steel products from ArcelorMittal Commercial Sections SA
On 14 February 2014 Stalprofil SA has received confirmation of complex commercial contracts from ArcelorMittal Commercial Sections SA, based in Luxembourg, for delivery in the month of February of steel produced by steel mills belonging to the ArcelorMittal Group and thus entered into subsequent transactions purchase of steel products with a value of 25 527 thousand PLN.
As a result of the transaction, the total value of contracts concluded by Stalprofil SA Group entities ArcelorMittal from 21 November 2013 (from the date of publication of the current report 35/2013) exceeded 10% of its equity and amounted to 55 756 thousand PLN. ArcelorMittal Group is the largest steel producer in the world, as well as in Poland, and a major supplier of steel products for Stalprofil SA.
The highest value transaction in the aforementioned period between the parties was purchase of steel products (orders confirmed by the supplier) signed on 14 February 2014 to a value of 25 527 thousand PLN and on the supply of steel products manufactured by ArcelorMittal Ostrava AS, based in Ostrava, ArcelorMittal Esch-Belval, Differdange, Rodange in Luxembourg, ArcelorMittal Bergara SA in Bergara and ArcelorMittal Poland SA with its registered office in Dąbrowa Górnicza. The deliveries will be made in February 2014.
Terms of the transaction do not provide penalties and do not differ from those commonly used for this type of trade agreements.
Purchases of steel contained with the contractor meet the criterion of a significant agreement because their total value exceeds 10% of the equity of the issuer.
