Conclusion of the credit agreement with Bank Zachodni WBK SA
In reference to the current report 2/2014, the Management Board of Stalprofil SA informs that on 19 February 2014 it learned about signing by BZ WBK SA with its registered seat in Wrocław of the limit agreement on opening letters without funding in the amount of 5.0 million PLN.
The line on the letter of credit was granted for the period ending May 31, 2015 (the ability to open letters of credit to December 31, 2014) and will be used by the Company primarily to finance current foreign trade. The financial terms on which the Company will use the allocated limit do not differ from those commonly used in the market for such contracts.
The Company recognizes agreements with Bank Zachodni WBK SA for significant because their total value amounts to PLN 35 million and 0.5 million, more than 10% of the equity of the issuer.
