Dates of publishing financial reports in 2018

Management Board of Stalprofil SA informs about fixed dates of publishing financial reports in 2018:
1) Quarterly reports
- consolidated quarterly report for Q1 2018 - 25.05.2018
- consolidated quarterly report for Q3 2018 - 23.11.2018
2) Half-year reports
- consolidated half-year report for the first half-year of 2018 including shortened half-year financial statement - 31.08.2018
3) Annual reports
- standalone annual report for 2017 - 30.03.2018
- consolidated annual report for 2017 - 30.03.2018
According to § 83 cl. 1 of Regulation of the Minister of Finance the Company will not publish separate quarterly reports but consolidated quarterly reports inluding quarterly financial information.
The Management Board declares that, pursuant to § 101 cl. 2 RMF, the Company will not publish quarterly report and consolidated quarterly report for the fourth quarter of 2017 and the second quarter of 2018.
