Recommendation of the Board of Stalprofil SA concerning the amount of dividend for 2016

The Management Board of Stalprofil SA on 19.04.2017 made resolution on recommending to the Annual General Meeting of the Company proposed distribution of net profits in 2016, including dividend for shareholders of the Company in the amount of 750,000.00 PLN, which is 0,10 PLN dividend per share.
The Management Board will propose to the Annual General Meeting of Stalprofil SA the date to determine the right to the dividend on 05.09.2017 and the dividend payment date of 26.09.2017.
