Resignation of a Member of the Supervisory Board of STALPROFIL SA

The Management Board of STALPROFIL SA informs that on March 2, 2023, the Company received a statement from the Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Mr. Jacek Zub, on his resignation from the position of Member of the Supervisory Board as of the date of the next General Meeting of STALPROFIL SA.
Mr. Jacek Zub in the said statement did not give reasons for his decision to resign.
