Information on the conclusion by STALPROFIL SA of an agreement with Polska Spółka Gazownictwa sp. z o.o. for the construction of the DN400 gas pipelines Lubienia-Masłów and Mojecza-Kielce

The Management Board of STALPROFIL SA (Company, Contractor), with reference to the current report No. 3/2023 of February 13, 2023, informs that on February 21, 2023 the Company concluded with Polska Spółka Gazownictwa sp. z o.o. Oddział Zakład Gazowniczy w Kielcach (Employer) an agreement the subject of which is the execution of construction works consisting in the construction of a high-pressure gas pipeline DN400 together with the accompanying infrastructure constituting Task No. 1B, implemented as part of the investment project entitled "Construction of the Lubienia-Masłów gas pipeline and the Mojecza-Kielce gas pipeline" with a length of approx. 8.8 km.
The gross value of the works being the subject of the contract is PLN 38.7 million.
The agreement stipulates that the investment should be completed within 11 months from the conclusion of the agreement.
The concluded agreement will affect the level of revenues generated by the Company in the gas transmission network infrastructure segment, serviced by the self-balancing Branch of STALPROFIL SA in Zabrze, which is responsible for the execution of construction works under the said Agreement.
