Recommendation of the Management Board of STALPROFIL SA regarding the dividend amount for 2024

On April 16, 2025, the Management Board of STALPROFIL SA adopted a resolution on submitting a motion to the Ordinary General Meeting of STALPROFIL SA with a proposal for the distribution of the net profit generated by the Company in 2024, recommending the allocation of PLN 5,250,000.00 as a dividend to the Company's shareholders, which gives PLN 0.30 of dividend per share.
The proposal concerns the payment of dividend on all shares issued by the Company in the amount of 17,500,000.
At the same time, the Management Board will submit a motion to the Ordinary General Meeting of STALPROFIL SA with a proposal to set the dividend entitlement date at 20 August 2025 and the dividend payment date at 10 September 2025.
