Recommendation of the Supervisory Board of STALPROFIL SA regarding the amount of dividend for 2024

The Management Board of STALPROFIL SA informs that on April 23, 2025, the Supervisory Board of the Company adopted a resolution on giving its opinion on the motion of the Management Board to the Ordinary General Meeting of STALPROFIL SA regarding the distribution of profit for the financial year 2024.
The Supervisory Board has issued a positive opinion on the Management Board's proposal for the distribution of profit for 2024, including the allocation of PLN 5,250,000.00 for a dividend to the Company's shareholders, which gives PLN 0.30 of dividend per share. The proposal concerns the coverage of all shares issued by the Company in the amount of 17,500,000.
The Supervisory Board did not raise any objections to the date of establishing the right to dividend proposed by the Management Board, i.e. 20 August 2025, and the dividend payment date of 10 September 2025.
