The entity authorized to audit financial statements

At its meeting held on 8 April 2016 the Supervisory Board of Stalprofil S.A., pursuant to § 17 paragraph 7 Articles of Association of the Company, resolved to appoint audit company: Kancelaria Porad Finansowo-Księgowych dr Piotr Rojek sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Katowice, ul. Konduktorska 33 (entered in the list of entities authorized to audit financial statements under No. 1695), to:
- study prepared in accordance with IAS/IFRS annual separate and consolidated financial statements of the Company for the financial years 2016-2018,
- a review prepared in accordance with IAS/IFRS of semi-annual separate and consolidated financial statements of the Company for the years 2016-2018.
The choice by the Supervisory Board took place in accordance with applicable regulations and professional standards. The agreement with the selected entity will be concluded for a period of three years, including the review and audit respectively annual and semi-annual accounts for the financial years 2016-2018. Stalprofil used previously the services of Kancelaria Porad Finansowo-Księgowych dr Piotr Rojek sp. z o.o. on the occasion of drawing up a prospectus the Company and the audit and review of financial statements for the financial years 1998-2008 and 2013-2015.
