Selection of the offer submitted by the consortium of the following companies: STALPROFIL S.A. and IZOSTAL S.A. as the most advantageous in the scope of supply of insulated DN1000 steel pipes to OGP Gaz-System S.A.

With reference to the current report 6/2019 of 19 February 2019, the Management Board of STALPROFIL S.A. informs that on 25 February 2019 it received information about the selection by OGP Gaz-System S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (the Employer) of the offer submitted by the subsidiary Izostal S.A., on behalf of the Consortium of the following companies: Izostal S.A. (Consortium Leader) and STALPROFIL S.A. (Consortium Member), as the most advantageous in the proceedings for the award of a public contract for the supply of insulated steel pipes for the investment task carried out by OGP Gaz-System S.A. - DN 1000 gas pipeline Pogórska Wola - Tworzeń - order 3, about 64 km long.
As part of the Consortium, the Leader of the Consortium - Izostal S.A. - is responsible for the production and supply of the above-mentioned steel pipes to OGP Gaz-System S.A. The value of the offer submitted by the Leader of the Consortium is PLN 121,254 thousand net (PLN 149,142 thousand gross). The specification of essential terms of the contract provides for delivery from 1 September 2019 to 31 January 2020.
The conclusion of contracts with OGP Gaz-System S.A. for these deliveries of STALPROFIL S.A. will be announced in a separate current report.
