Recommendation of the Board Stalprofil SA concerning the amount of the dividend for the year 2013

Stalprofil SA Management Board on 23 April 2014 made rosolution to recommend to the Annual General Meeting of the Company proposed distribution of net profits in 2013, including dividend for shareholders of the Company in the amount of 1,575,000.00 PLN, which gives 0,09 PLN dividend per share.
Management Board will propose to the Annual General Meeting of Stalprofil SA the date when the right to determine the dividend on 10 September 2014, and the dividend payment date of October 1, 2014.
