Management Board of Stalprofil SA informs about fixed dates of publishing financial reports in 2014:
1) Quarterly reports

- consolidated quarterly report for Q4 2013 - 03.03.2014
- consolidated quarterly report for Q1 2014 - 15.05.2014
- consolidated quarterly report for Q3 2014 - 14.11.2014
2) Half-year reports
- consolidated half-year report for the first half-year of 2014 including shortened half-year financial statement - 29.08.2014
3) Annual reports
- standalone annual report for 2013 - 30.04.2014
- consolidated annual report for 2013 - 30.04.2014
According to § 83 cl. 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance the Management Board of Stalprofil SA will publish consolidated quarterly reports inluding shortened financial information instead of standalone quarterly reports. The Management Board declares that, pursuant to § 101 cl. 2 RMF Company will not publish quarterly report and the consolidated quarterly report for the second quarter of the financial year.
