Annex to the credit agreement with mBank SA
On 23.12.2013 Stalprofil SA and mBank SA (formerly BRE Bank SA) signed an annex to the contract of long-term revolving credit in the amount of PLN 10.0 million, which extends the period of availability of the loan from the original date of 25.09.2014 to 29.01.2016.
At the current level remains total value of the credit limit, provided to the Company by mBank SA, which amounts to PLN 35.0 million and consists of:
- Long-term revolving credit in the amount of PLN 10.0 million, available to 29.06.2014.
- Multi-currency loan in the current account in the amount of PLN 15 million, available until 30 January 2014.
- Long-term revolving credit in the amount of PLN 10.0 million, available to 29.01.2016.
The Company recognizes agreements as significant because their total value exceeds 10% of the equity of the issuer. The financial terms on which the Company will use the granted limits do not differ from those commonly used for such contracts and are based on WIBOR + margin.
Additionally, pursuant to the addendum, have changed the fundamental legal safeguards of total credit limit in mBank SA, including: increased from 31 million to 33 million PLN the amount of the registered pledge on commercial goods owned by Stalprofil SA, while reduced from 4 million to PLN to 2 million has been made for the amount of the Bank of assignment of receivables, due Stalprofil SA with current contracts.
