Preparation of the consolidated text of the Statute

Board of Stalprofil SA provides new consolidated text of the Statute of the Company, which Stalprofil SA Supervisory Board approved at its meeting held on 13.07.2012, along with the list of changes made by the Annual General Meeting on 6 June 2012.

The Management Board on 12 July 2012 was notified of the registration of the changes in the District Court Katowice-East Division VIII of the National Court Registry on 5 July 2012.
