Trade agreements with entities of the ArcelorMittal Group
On 9 August 2012 Stalprofil SA (recipient) has received confirmation of complex commercial contracts of ArcelorMittal Commercial Sections SA, based in Luxembourg, ArcelorMittal Ostrava AS based in Ostrava and ArcelorMittal Poland SA based in Dąbrowa Górnicza and thus concluded the subsequent purchases of steel products with the entities of the ArcelorMittal Group (supplier) for a total value of 22 670 thousand PLN.
Following completion of the relevant transactions total value of contracts concluded by Stalprofil SA with ArcelorMittal Group entities as of 05.11.2012 (the date of submission of the current report 14/2012) exceeded 10% of the equity of the Company and was 54 489 thousand PLN. ArcelorMittal Group entities are the largest steel producer in Poland and the major supplier of Stalprofil SA.
Agreement with the highest value given in that period was transaction of purchase of steel products (orders confirmed by the supplier) concluded on 9 August 2012 of the value of 12 811 thousand PLN for supply of steel products by ArcelorMittal Poland SA, which will be implemented for Stalprofil SA in September 2012.
Terms of the transaction does not provide for penalties and did not differ from those commonly used for this type of trade agreements.
The transactions of purchase of steel products meet criteria of a significant agreement because their total value exceeds 10% of the equity of the issuer.
