Annexes to credit agreements with Kredyt Bank SA

On 13 August 2012 the Board of Stalprofil SA was informed about signing by Kredyt Bank SA in Warsaw II O/Katowice of two annexes to loan agreements between Stalprofil SA and Kredyt Bank SA, Which at the request of the Company include changes in the amount of loan limits used by the Company.
Following the signing of these annexes, the revolving working capital loan agreement in PLN and revolving working capital loan in USD are as follows:
- the amount of working capital loan in PLN rose from 24 million PLN to 33 million PLN,
- working capital loan agreement with available credit limit to the amount of 3,1 million USD 3.1 has been terminated.
Other conditions of agreements signed between Stalprofil SA and Credit Bank SA, which are described in detail in the current report 24/2011, remain unchanged.
Concluded agreements meet the criterion of significant agreement because their total value exceeds 10% of the equity of the Company.
