Commercial transaction with the subsidiary ZRUG Zabrze SA
On 3 October 2012 Stalprofil SA (supplier) confirmed a commercial contract for supply of steel pipes made by the subsidiary ZRUG Zabrze SA with its registered office in Zabrze (receiver), thus concluding another transaction of sale of steel products with the receiver.
Following completion of this transaction, the total value of contracts (transactions) entered into by Stalprofil SA with ZRUG Zabrze SA in the past 12 months amounted to PLN 32 932 thousand and exceeded 10% of the equity of the Company.
The highest value, which was concluded in the period between the parties is the sale of gas steel pipe finalized on 3 October 2012 with a net value of PLN 13 548 thousand. Gas supply steel pipes will be made by the supplier to the receiver in the month of October 2012.
Terms of the transaction in question does not provide for penalties and do not differ from those commonly used in the market for this type of trade agreements.
Sales meet the criterion of a significant agreement because their total value exceeds 10% of the equity of the issuer.
