Conclusion of a business transaction with MONTANA SA

On 8 November 2012 Stalprofil SA entered into an another commercial transaction with MONTANA SA based in Katowice, the subject of which is the sale of steel products by Stalprofil SA for the company MONTANA SA As a result of this transaction, the total value of purchase/sales contracts concluded by Stalprofil SA with this customer in the last 12 months was 32 388 thousand PLN (net) and exceeded 10% of the equity of the Company. The highest value contained in the period between the parties in the transaction included the sale of steel products on 4 January 2012, with a value of PLN 3 795 thousand (net), which concerned the supply of steel products by Stalprofil SA to MONTANA SA in February 2012. Terms of the agreement does not provide for liquidated damages may exceed 10% of the value of the contract and do not differ from those commonly used for this type of agreement. Contracts for the purchase/sale of steel products contained with the contractor in the last 12 months meet all of the criteria of a significant agreement because their value exceeds 10% of the equity of the issuer.
