Reduction in the total number of votes by MZZP Pracowników Arcelor Mittal Dąbrowa Górnicza

On 1 August 2013 Międzyzakładowy Związek Zawodowy Pracowników Arcelor Mittal Dąbrowa Górnicza located in Dąbrowa Górnicza, in accordance with an obligation under Art. 69 section. 1 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading, and Public Companies (the Act on Public Offering) of the Issuer announced that it completed the sale of shares Stalprofil SA, decreasing from 25.12 % to 24.58% of its share in the total number of votes at the General Meeting of the Company.
Change in shareholding Stalprofil SA by Międzyzakładowy Związek Zawodowy Pracowników Arcelor Mittal Dąbrowa Górnicza is the result of which took place on 31 July 2013 packet session sale of 180,000 shares of common bearer Stalprofil SA, a regulated market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange in Warsaw.
Subsidiaries of Międzyzakładowy Związek Zawodowy Pracowników Arcelor Mittal Dąbrowa Górnicza do not hold any shares of Stalprofil SA.
