Conclusion of another commercial transaction for the supply of steel products from an entity of the ArcelorMittal Group
On 20 February 2012 Stalprofil SA (recipient) has received confirmation of complex commercial contracts from the company ArcelorMittal Commercial Sections SA (supplier), based in Luxembourg, and thus concluded the subsequent purchases of steel products with entities of the ArcelorMittal Group.
Following completion of the relevant transactions total value of contracts concluded by Stalprofil SA ArcelorMittal entities of the Group as of 01.01.2012 exceeded 10% of the Company\'s equity and amounted to 33 006 thousand PLN. ArcelorMittal Group entities are the largest steel producer in Poland and a major supplier Stalprofil SA.
Agreement with the highest value given in that period between the parties was the transaction included the purchase of steel products (orders confirmed by the supplier) on 1 February 2012 on the value of PLN 11 540 thousand and for the supply of steel products by ArcelorMittal Commercial Sections SA to Stalprofil SA in February and March 2012.
Terms of the transaction does not provide for penalties and do not differ from those commonly used for this type of trade agreements.
The transactions meet all criteria of a significant agreement because their total value exceeds 10% of the equity of the issuer.
