Conclusion of another trade agreement with Interspeed Trade sp. z o.o.
On 09.03.2012 Stalprofil SA signed another contract for the purchase/sale (feedback received confirmation of the order) with the company Interspeed Trade sp. z o.o. based in Ostrowiec, resulting in a total value of contracts concluded by Stalprofil SA with the contractor in the last 12 months exceeded 10% of the equity of the issuer and reached 31 147 thousand PLN.
The company Interspeed Trade sp. z o.o. is a producer of long steel products (sections).
Agreement with the highest value contained in the last 12 months between the parties is a trade agreement concluded on 31 May 2011, under which Stalprofil SA (the seller) in the month of June 2011 provided for Interspeed Trade sp. z o.o. (buyer), semi-finished steel products worth 4 036 thousand PLN.
Terms of the agreement are similar to those commonly used for this type of agreement.
The agreement stipulates that Interspeed Trade sp. z o.o. will be required to pay to Stalprofil SA penalty of 20% of the gross semi-products used by the buyer, contrary to the terms of the agreement. If not reserved enough to cover the liquidated damages arising, then Stalprofil SA would pursue additional compensation on general principles.
Agreements entered into with the contractor meet all criteria of a significant agreement because their total value exceeds 10% of the equity of the issuer.
