Management Board’s recommendation on dividend for 2011

In 24.04.2012 the Management Board of Stalprofil S.A. made decision on recommending the General Meeting of Shareholders proposal of allocating 2011 net profit, including proposal of dividend for shareholders of 4.725.000,00 PLN, that is 0,27 PLN per one share.
The Management Board of Stalprofil S.A. will recommend the General Meeting of Shareholders to fix the dividend right date on 05.09.2012 and the dividend pay day on 25.09.2012.
