Information on the selection of a consortium offer, involving ZRUG Zabrze sp. z o.o. and Stalprofil S.A., as the best in the proceedings for the construction of the pipeline DN 700 Szczecin-Gdańsk, Phase II-IV

On 19 March 2012, the Management Board of Stalprofil S.A. (Company) was notified about the selection, by the Gas Transmission Operator Gaz-System S.A. with its seat in Warsaw (Employer), the tender submitted by a consortium of companies (Contractor), composed of Zabrze ZRUG sp. z o.o. in Zabrze (consortium leader), Stalprofil S.A. in Dąbrowa Górnicza (consortium member) and Nafta - Gaz - Serwis S.A., based in Sanok (consortium member), as the best in the proceedings of a public contract for construction of a pipeline DN 700 Szczecin-Gdańsk: Phase II pipeline DN 700 Karlino-Koszalin, Phase III pipeline DN 700 Koszalin-Słupsk, Phase IV pipeline DN 700 Słupsk-Wiczlino.

The value of the offer made by the Contractor is 223 882 200 PLN net. Terms of reference provide for the implementation of gas pipeline DN 700, with a length of approximately 204 km, within a period until 28.09.2013.

A leader of the consortium company ZRUG Zabrze sp. z o.o. is a subsidiary of the Stalprofil S.A. Capital Group (Stalprofil S.A. holds 88.57% stake in the company). The conclusion of the contract by the leader of the consortium, ie ZRUG Zabrze sp. z o.o. with OGP Gaz-System S.A. on the task in question the Company shall inform in an individual current report.
