Taking over by ZRUG Zabrze SA of construction works on the construction of the gas pipeline DN 700 Szczecin-Gdańsk: Stage IV Słupsk-Wiczlino
In reference to the current report no. 7/2013, the Management Board of Stalprofil SA announces that on 22.03.2013 the subsidiary ZRUG Zabrze SA, acting as the leader of the consortium, composed of ZRUG Zabrze SA located in Zabrze (consortium leader), Stalprofil SA based in Dąbrowa (consortium member) and Nafta Gaz Serwis SA in Sanok (consortium member), informed about takeover of works supposed to be completed by Nafta GaZ Serwis SA work on the construction of the gas pipeline DN 700 Szczecin-Gdańsk: Stage IV Słupsk-Wiczlino and informed the Employer of this fact, ie, Operator Gazociągów Przesyłowych Gaz-System S.A.
The reason of the takeover of works was that it was not done in accordance with established and agreed with the OGP Gaz-System SA. schedule and not presenting by Nafta Gaz Serwis SA in due time of recovery plan in accordance with the Agreement binding the members of the Consortium.
Total scope of works envisaged to be completed by the participant of the Consortium - Nafta Gaz Serwis SA, under a contract to build a gas pipeline DN 700 Szczecin-Gdańsk, by the Company in the current report no. 13/2012, amounted to about 25% of the range of material and financial, and stood at 55 847 369,24 PLN, including the Phase IV Słupsk-Wiczlino in the amount of 35 637 929,25 PLN. ZRUG Zabrze SA by running the procedure took from a member of the Consortium - Nfta Gaz Serwis SA again (after Stage II Karlino-Koszalin), and the last part, which was originally intended to be implemented by the member of the Consortium, under contract to build a gas pipeline DN 700 Szczecin-Gdańsk.
The scope and value of the work done so far by Nafta Gaz Serwis SA the section of the pipeline Stage IV Słupsk-Wiczlino will be cataloged in the period from 25 to 30 March 2013.
ZRUG Zabrze SA informed the issuer that it has sufficient resources to perform the contract in accordance with the established and agreed with the OGP Gaz-System SA schedule.
