Adoption of a resolution by the Ordinary General Meeting of STALPROFIL SA regarding the payment of dividend for 2024

On May 22, 2025, the Ordinary General Meeting of STALPROFIL SA adopted a resolution on the distribution of net profit for 2024, including the payment of dividend to the Company's shareholders.
The Ordinary General Meeting of STALPROFIL SA allocated PLN 5,250,000.00 as a dividend for the Company's shareholders, which gives PLN 0.30 of dividend per share.
All shares issued by the Company in the amount of 17,500,000 will be covered by the dividend. The Ordinary General Meeting of STALPROFIL SA decided that the date of establishing the right to the dividend will be August 20, 2025, while the dividend payment date will be September 10, 2025.
