Appointment of the Supervisory Board of STALPROFIL SA for the next term of office

On May 22, 2025, due to the expiry of the term of office of the Supervisory Board of STALPROFIL SA, the Annual General Meeting of the Company appointed the Supervisory Board for the next five-year term of office, lasting in the financial years 2025-2029, with an unchanged seven-person composition:

2) Mariusz Janus
3) Christopher Fox
4) Józef Myrczek
5) Miroslaw Nowak
6) Adam Preiss
7) Adam Wdowiak
Information on the qualifications and description of the professional career of the newly appointed members of the Council, together with the information specified in §10 items 5) and 6) of the RMF, are included in the appendix to this report.
