Content of draft resolutions of the Annual General Meeting of STALPROFIL SA convened for 25 June 2020

The Management Board of STALPROFIL SA hereby submits the content of draft resolutions to be discussed at the Annual General Meeting of STALPROFIL SA, convened for 25 June 2020. All draft resolutions have been approved by the Supervisory Board of STALPROFIL SA.
At the same time, the Management Board of the Company encloses the Report on the activities of the Supervisory Board of STALPROFIL SA in 2019, which will be presented during the Annual General Meeting of the Company.
