Selection of the offer of the subsidiary Izostal SA as the most advantageous in the scope of supply of DN700 insulated steel pipes for OGP Gaz-System SA

With reference to current report No. 10/2020 of 19 May 2020, the Management Board of STALPROFIL SA (Company) informs that on 27 May 2020, it became aware of the selection by OGP Gaz-System SA based in Warsaw (Ordering Party), of the offer submitted by the subsidiary Izostal SA (Contractor) as the most advantageous in the public procurement procedure for the supply of DN700 insulated steel pipes with a length of about 63 km for the investment project Gas pipeline DN700 Poland-Lithuania southern section order 3.
The value of the offer submitted by the Company is PLN 45.9 million net, which is PLN 56.5 million gross.
The specification of essential terms of the contract provides for the implementation of deliveries from 1 October 2020 to 30 April 2021.
The Company will inform about the conclusion of the contract with OGP Gaz-System SA for this task in a separate current report. This agreement will constitute a Partial Agreement under the Framework Agreement concluded between Izostal SA and OGP Gaz-System SA, about which the Company informed in current report No. 29/2019 of 16 August 2019.
