Information on the selection of the offer of STALPROFIL SA in the procedure organized by PERN SA for the execution of drilling using the HDD method under the Vistula River

The Management Board of STALPROFIL SA (Company, Contractor) hereby informs that on June 2, 2025, it received information that the offer submitted by the Company in the purchasing procedure organized by PERN SA with its registered office in Płock (Ordering Party), the subject of which is the execution of construction works as part of the task entitled: "Execution of drilling using the HDD method on final product pipelines under the Vistula River" was accepted for implementation as the most advantageous.
The value of the offer submitted by the Company is PLN 13,900,000.00 net.
The Contractor should complete the order within 38 weeks from the date of signing the Agreement with the Ordering Party.
The Company will inform about the signing of the agreement with the Ordering Party in a separate current report.
