Conclusion of an agreement between STALPROFIL SA and PERN SA for the execution of drilling using the HDD method under the Vistula River

With reference to the current report no. 18/2025 of June 2, 2025, the Management Board of STALPROFIL SA informs that on June 10, 2025, an agreement was concluded between STALPROFIL SA (Contractor) and PERN SA with its registered office in Płock (Ordering Party), the subject of which is the execution of construction works as part of the task entitled: "Execution of drilling using the HDD method on final product pipelines under the Vistula River".
The value of the works covered by the concluded agreement amounts to PLN 13,900,000.00 net, and their implementation by the Contractor should take place within 38 weeks from the date of its signing.
